I’m looking for an antivirus to go with comodo firewall…
Has to be diffrent than:
>nod32(it was a disappointment)
>avast(already have it on the laptop,and I want to have different anti-viruses on different computers)
>kaspersky(doesn’t work with comodo and I had issues with it too)
>bitdefender(
)
I’m not sure if I should go all comodo (antivirus or firewall), their anti-virus branch seams kind of new.

I have a setup with MSE and Comodo Firewall and so far I haven’t had any issues. MSE’s detection rate is very good compared to some products.
Nod32 was a disappointment, had issues with kaspersky. You are using avast, but don’t want it on this computer. Get one of the ones you haven’t tried. All of the ones you tried are good programs. So I’m guessing that your issues are the way the program runs. That probably because of the way your computer is set up. Try Bitdefender if you like. It’s a drag on a computer. Plus it’s detection rate isn’t as high as it was last year. Since you are only wanting to use the anti-virus, that should run much lighter that Bitdefender security suite. You seem to be working your anti-virus detection around your firewall, most users do it the other way around, find a good anti-virus program then get a firewall that works with it.
If you’re willing to pay, and you don’t like Kaspersky (as you stated), I recommend Bitdefender AntiVirus or Webroot AntiVirus With SpySweeper.
Yeah stay away from all comodo products besides their firewall.
I would go with Avast free or MSE.
