I just recently found out that the reason I’m not able to navigate or go online with my laptop computer is because I have a bunch of crapware on it, somehow the anti-virus program got deleted and I can’t go online to download a new program straight to the laptop so is there any way that I can get a free download of a good anti-malware/antispyware program on my home desktop and maybe save it to a disk and then download it to the laptop? I’m a full time student with no prospects of having any money anytime soon ( sept 14) or I would just buy software anybody have any ideas?

The AVG one is just a trial, but after 30-days it will revert to the free version. Download both of these and run them both (I suggest running malware-bytes first, then AVG)
If its that bad, you may be in trouble and have to reformat your hard drive. But you can try putting the following on a thumb drive and installing them and running them on your computer while in SAFE MODE!
- avast! free anti-virus
- Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware
- SpyBot S&D
- CCleaner
Update and run them in the order found above, and if you’re lucky you will get access to the internet again. You will more than likely still have a load of viruses that these programs cannot detect, so I still recommend a reformat when possible.

I would get malwarebytes and avast, but please don’t go AVG, their realtime protection is horrible.
