well your question doesn’t really make sense but i will do my best to answer it. SQL databases don’t really need securing it is your website it’s self which will be the issue so as long as you have secured everything correctly on your site the database will be fine.
Now if you are after a host with MySQL installed then i suggest 000webhost as it is a good free alternative to many others out there. You will need to create the database via the control panel and then use the phpmyadmin client to execute you SQL query’s.
The standard on most of the Internet is mysql. If you di nit know that consider studying a bit before you host your own sites. t is very secure, more so than most others, but NO database is secure inless ALL your pages are written using secure code. Scripts can easily make your site open to attack, as having to allow them to access the database means a URL script redirect can give an attacker FULL access to your site, including being to make it relay a bank phishing site or child porn site to clients. This will bring you a LOT of trouble.
