Can’t really help you without know what website you’re going to… but I’ll give it a shot.
Sounds like an issue on their webserver. The fact that it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t tells me that its not on your end, but theirs.
The website is running code that accesses a database… the error indicates that a communication issue has arisen between the webcode and the database.
This is notsomething you can fix. Contact the owner of the website and alert them to the problem.
The web site is broken — the web server cannot communicate with its database.
