Can’t Fast Forward In Pes 2011 Bal Mode, Game Slowing Down Near The Box?

I initially had a pc that ran pes 2011 so well on high settings, not a jitter any time.
Specs: Intel Dual Core 2.8 GHz, 820 MHz,Intel D101ggc (mobo), 1GB DDR1 RAM, 8400GS (512MB).
Suddenly one of my RAM slot collapsed and I had to replace my motherboard. I now have ASUS P5g41t-l-mx (mobo), 4GB DDR3. Same procesor and graphix card.
I am able to run the game on high settings but the game gets lower when the ball gets near the box. As a result the entire charm is lost. Hope you understand!
I tried the following:
1. Installed (windows 7- 32 bit then 64 bit)–same result
2. Installed (windows XP 64 bit) now back to XP Pro 32 bit.-same result
3. Have AVIRA Antirus installed.
4. Checked for spyware and malware.
5. Cleaned registry.
6. Updated graphics and hardware drivers.
7. Applied a new layer of thermal paste and the CPU is well withing limits.
8. Housed a new SMPS
9. .Installed SP3 on my system.
10. DirectX 9.0c (which pes 2011 recommends).
I am not able to run a free flowing pes like before. Surprising that even the fast forward option isn’t working. The game shows the 2x speed thingy, but plays in the same speed. Simply Frustrating. Kindly suggest me if I have to do something else to get it right back on track!
