I’m worried I might have clicked on a spam attachment yesterday so I ran an anti-virus scan & it showed nothing. Should I still worry?

ive deleted all my contacts but they still receive them,i am using avast premium and have tried others but none show anything wrong

I have yet to find an anti Spam for Windows Live Mail (2011 version) The default one does little to nothing. I use MSN mail. Had it for years and do not want anything else. Is there anything out that is compatible with WLM? Thanks!
