it is necesary to install a antivirus software if u have a window defender in your computer?

i am using avast free version but some time it blocks my laptop ports

please tell me how i can get rid of it? i went onto a sketchy website and its happened ever since i’ve tried the free antivirus stuff and its done nothing thank you

i mean programs that don’t need to be upgraded for extremely good protection,as far as malware and warning you if your computer is at risk on a site and alerting you about when you catch a virus…..and it has to be able to do SOMETHING about it.thanks!
