it came freely installed with my acer aspire netbook . two months free subscription. lots of features on it.

I have Internet Security Suit as my virus protection on my computer. I have scanned it and it shows that I have 3 High Level Trojans beside two of them it says detected and one says cleaned. How do I get them off my computer or Quarantine them all?
