Im 16 almost 17. Ok so before you go and call me an ungrateful brat hear me out first. I lived with my dad for 16 years. My mom was never in my life and never had parental rights over me or my siblings. My father has an alcohol and drug problem. As soon as I turned 16 I filed for emancipation because I was pregnant and didn’t want my kid around that kind of behavior. 4 months later I won my case. It was a fast and easy case to win. When I had my daughter (she is four months now) I moved in with my ex ( the father of my daughter, he’s very involved in her life.) Before getting emancipated the judge contacted my mom to see if she wanted to take me in and get parent rights (my dad would have signed all his over) but she said no she didn’t want them. We still talked. A month ago my mom wanted me to live with her so she could be with her grandkid. So I said okay but quickly moved back to my ex because of her behavior. She was trying to parent MY kid. Telling my daughter I wasn’t her mother and that she was.
I visited her tonight and she is trying to control me and how I raise my kid. My mother told me matter of fact I would not raise my kid how I want. And that I will not leave this house again. I left anyways.
How can I get her to realize she can’t tell me what to do or try to raise my kid? Anytime I let her see her grand daughter she always tells her im not her mommy and that she’s the “bigger mommy” she doesn’t help out with her grand kid and I don’t expect her to but she is being ridiculous.
This is the woman who yes gave birth to me but never raised me or had rights to me. I don’t know what to do. I love her to death but she can’t keep trying to control how I live and take my baby from me. Im not a bad mother. My daughter is happy and healthy. She has both mother and father in her life raising her. We both have jobs and I go to trade school. We don’t get financial help and have an apartment.. (he is 19. I don’t want to keep her away from baby. What do I do?

I may strongly disagree with atheists here on this website, but I find some of them to be nice people, fair and honest in their post.
For example. Right off the top of my head I find Neil and Donna the two regular atheists here (for the most part) to be nice people, fair and honest in what they post.
Donna is nice and not mean spirited when she post and I think Neil is genuinely open to dialog and not only monologue such as some of the other atheist who just want to spam this section with constant anti-theist rhetoric, and then block people when they reply with opposing views.
Like for example. Louis Wu, Desiree and Dream Stuff Entity.

I have a Droid Incredible 2 synced to my yahoo mail. I get all kinds of spam e-mails from crazy addresses (ex: 6lihppifpj). They only show on my phone, not in my mailbox when I check on my pc, any thoughts on how to stop them, some days I get 20-30 or more. I have many anti-virus on my phone ( Dr.Web, Lookout and Norton). Verizon has no idea and is of no help… Any help would be appreciated… Thanks RP
