Ok, my school has a security thing on the network, that prevents me from accessing most websites, i think if i can get a computer on a proxy server i can bypass all the security thing. Problem is i cant access the control panel, is there a way i can get on a proxy server through the command prompt?
(or any other way of fiddling with network options without going into control panel)

Parental controls are required by law for public school.
Disabling them is considers a criminal misdemeanor.
If you get caught you could lose any privilege of using the school computers all together and possibly even suspended. That that is assuming they don’t contact the police.
UPDATE: Ok, in private schools. They still have to require the parental controls if they want the government to fund their internet connection. Even so, you are using THE SCHOOL’S COMPUTER, not yours.
It is funny how you kids want to be considered to be grown when you keep asking stupid things to do in school which is illegal.
Patience is a virtue. Some day YOU will have the controls.
Obviously the private school isn’t doing a much better job than the public schools.
