I bought one of those facial pouch thingy at CVS and I always use them, and they’re supposed to harden after about 10 minutes or so but mine has been on for about 30 minutes and it’s still soft like cream. Whats going on?

was your face wet when u put it on? probly is supposed to be completely dried
Pleased add more information. I’m not completely familiar with the CVS variety of facial creams. Is it a poweder you add water to, or just a plain lotion. If you made it your self, there is a chance you made it with too much water or just made it too liquidy. If it was already a lotion, maybe you should go to a hottter area or try to let some air on your face.
