After waiting 20 seconds, the following message was given:
“Windows is logging on with a temporary profile. Changes you make will be lost…”

I tried pressing f8 to get to safe mode and that didn’t work…..it goes to the welcome page and I get that error message!!!! WTFFFFFFFFFF

what is the brand and model of your laptop?
usually laptop comes with preloaded recovery image . during the boot up, you need to press some key and you will be able to recover your laptop to its original state but all the things in the same partition as the OS will be gone . other partition item will still be around.
To find out what key to press for your laptop, just google laptop recovery steps .
