   you should have gotten a disc with your computer when you bought it. put that disc in the dvd drive and restart the computer. when you restart your computer it should say press any key to boot from cd or dvd. press any key and then follow the steps. it is pretty easy to do, as long as you have the disc handy. if it does not say press any key to boot from cd or dvd, then you have to go in to bios setup and change your boot priority so that the dvd or cd drive is the first boot device.
