How To Lose 10 Pounds In A Month? 10pts Best Answer!?

I’m 19. 5’6, 135. I have a wedding that I’m going to be in in a month, and I’d like to lose 10 pounds because If anything I’ve gained weight.. any ideas??
as of today I started exercising burning 500 calories on the treadmill,
in between i do jumping jacks, and also the ab cruncher for 5 mins.
my diet plan is to eat this:
Breakfast: Special K.
Lunch: Salad.
Dinner: Tuna.
Snack: Banana / Strawberrys, or Special K bar.
I don’t drink soft drinks, only water.

    you should have something like chicken or tuna with the salad for lunch. Also there are other things low caloried you can eat for dinner, like jacket potato with reduced fat cheese and salad, pasta salad, and loads more . You can have most things its just about having smaller portions. You basically should just make sure you burn more calories than you eat. So for instance, you could eat 1,500 to 1,800 calories a day and burn off from 200-600 a day for example.

    I drink acia berry juice everyday it speeds up your metabolism..Make sure your water is ice cold! That really speeds it up.. You seem to be doing everything right for trying to loose weight.. I wish you the best of luck :)
