Usually when I get this problem, I do the following:
1. Restart pc
2. Quickly go to Task Manager/Processes & end the program (it’ll usually appear as a bunch of numbers)
3. Go to the internet and download & install “Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware”
4. Run the program (it’ll scan your PC and find the infected files and program)
5. And delete all the infected files that it shows you
6. And that’s it. Your problem should be solved
