Important Question Please Help.. Eyebrows.skin?

OK long story short i’ve been going through some rough times with my um…. eyebrows. I have hair loss in my eyebrows and i cover it up by brushing my brows over.My eyebrow hairs and eyelashes and hard and brittle fall out very easily(sometimes they just fall out) .Also my eyebrows get “messed up” and are not soft like everyone elses’ therefore they don’t just fall back into place and the hairs prick out in every direction. some of the hairs prick out and i can even tell they’re gunna fall out cause i can see the root part.i’ve been having this hair loss for a while? is there any type of specific doctor/person i can visit that will be able to get a close up look( microscopic look) at my brows and lashes and tell me whats wrong. maybe they could even see if they feel right and if they’re ok or if something is wrong, and if somethings wrong what do i have?also what do you think? (yes i’m sure i have hair loss and somethings going on.) please help 10 points!! Schools about to start and im really worried.P.S. i have lots of hairs missing instead of having full dark black eyebrows like most males and teenagers .
