My itunes account won’t connect to the itunes store and has a message that says “Itunes could not connect to itunes store, make sure your network connection is active and try again”
I have already checked my computers firewall and itunes is set as one of the exceptions, so that isn’t the problem. My internet connection is also working perfectly.
Does anyone know what I should do?
