2. Off that till you download yahoo instant messenger 10
3. Restart firewall

Merely Turn Off your Windows Firewall.
click Start
click Control Panel
click Windows Firewall
now, Check OFF
click OK
now, Download Yahoo! Messenger 10
after you’ve downloaded Y!M
Turn Windows Firewall Back ON.
Click the Exceptions Tab
Click Add Program
add Yahoo! Messenger
Click OK
Reboot your Computer for all proper changes to occur.
