What Plugs Make Your Ears Not Look Like Normal Earrings?

so im 1/2 and i have these beautiful tigerseye plugs but the sad thing is they only look like earrings on me, i think i want jade plugs, but i know ig i get them they’ll look like normal earrings
i know people are going to suggest ones with holes, but the holes arent really big enough unless i get the really soft ones that are paper like because they flare out alot.
i want eaither metal wood or jade, but i cant decide and what will make my ears not look like normal earrings?
