BESIDES BITDEFENDER SUPERANTI SPYWARE AND MALWAREBYTES!!
I ran those programs and it didn’t get rid of the virus.
I don’t have any money to BUY a program for it to remove them. I need a program that not only scans, but REMOVES the viruses on my computer. I’ve tried so many and they either don’t work or only “scan” for free and will only remove the viruses if you pay for the program. Please, please, give me another program to try >_<

If Malwarebytes will not remove the gremlin in Safe Mode, you are in deep trouble.
Trying to download a program to fix things is likely how you got in this trouble in the first place. If you see an error message, research it and follow directions to get rid of it. Installing more junk will not help.
Try AVG free. Just go to AVG.com
It does a very good job for being free and removes viruses as it scans.

Narrow Results by selecting Free
then just take your pick. AVG is one I use, and friends us Avast
