I WOULD GO WITH ACER
Hp’s are generally better made then Acer’s. Acer is kinda the discount brand. However, seems like the Acer has better specs. Get what ya pay for though.
The Acer has better specs, is supposedly newer and appears to be cheaper. Go with the Acer.
