i went to the diagnostic thing and it said windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP,HTTPS, or FTP,this is caused by firewall settings on your computer.then it said check firewall setting for the HTTP port, HTTPS port, and FTP port. i need some help

I use TrendMicro for my computer security. In doing so I turned off Windows firewall. It caused me problems also. But make sure that you have some sort of anti-virus program that has a firewall. Even a free one. Before you connect to the Internet. Or you WILL be sorry.
To turn off your Windows firewall do the following. Click
Start
Control Panel
Security Center
Windows Firewall
Select the General tab
Click Off
Restart Windows.
You may have to restart your computer.
