I am currently in the process of cleaning up my computer, my computer start up is pretty slow so i would like to switch off some start up programs, could you please tell me which ones of these do NOT need to running at start up:
- AVG tray monitor
- FreedomNeedsReboot
- osCheck
- Realtek Voice Manager
- RoxMMTrayApp Module
- SiSTray
- Smpsys.exe
- Symantec User Session
- System Configuration Utility
- Virgin media HUB
- Windows Defender User Interface
- Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service Configuration Application
- Windows PArental Control Notifications
- Worfkflow
My internet security is with AVG and my internet provider is Virgin media
And ideas will be much appreciated
Thank you

- FreedomNeedsReboot
- Realtek Voice Manager
- RoxMMTrayApp Module
- SiSTray
- Symantec User Session
- Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service Configuration Application
- Worfkflow
You don’t need RealTek Voice Manager. Also, FreedomNeedsReboot is a virus of types, so download Avast! Free Antivirus from here:http://avast.com/
And also download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from here:http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&…
i doubt you will need windows parental control notifications and the media player network sharing service configuration application. but if your pc is slow at start up, you could just partician your hard drive, and chose one part of the hard drive for booting up, and have all programs etc. on the other partician
I would turn everything off except AVG and windows defender
If you use the parental controls I would leave that on. Trying to work out shy you have symantec on your system if you are using AVG as virus protection. Uninstall Norton from your control panel if it is still there.
